V 1.2 Update out!
Hey everyone,
Another new update based on feedback, this one should be popular! (V1.2 fixes)
Fixes:
To address potential issues with objects blocking the path in puzzle 5 I have removed colliders of some objects that weren't meant to be interacted with. This is not ideal but is a quick temporary solution to prevent anyone from having progress impeded.
By popular demand I have "enhanced" the player jumping controls. I'll probably make a twitch vid or devlog on this because there is so many ways to handle jumping with a player controller, but ultimately I used a raycast originally which I assume made people feel like they couldn't jump when they felt they should (and fell off platforms instead of jumping). A second raycast behind the first one solves for this allowing for later jumps :)
Also by popular demand, the player guide and it's spotlights have been further tweaked with an increased cone (radius) and a tighter target allowing you to quite easily see what is right in front of you even at night!
Known Bugs:
You CAN fall through the world if you stand under a platform. The old platformer problem I will get around to fixing this :)
